Born in Santa Monica, California, I relocated to The east COAST in 2014 to pursue a full-time career in film and television. With a strong foundation in the beauty and salon industry, I offer a comprehensive skill set that includes event and bridal styling, precision hair cutting, daily styling, wig work, and advanced hair color techniques. I have completed additional professional training in period hair styling overseas and have contributed to multiple productions requiring historically accurate hair design.

 

I bring extensive experience in head wrapping for wig measurements, hair preparation and wrapping beneath wigs, wig application, and wig styling. I am highly detail-oriented and employ a range of techniques to ensure wigs appear natural, seamless, and authentic on camera and in person. I value the importance of stunt doubles and take great care to ensure their hair silhouette and overall appearance precisely match the cast member they are doubling.

 

After high school, I completed coursework in beauty and character makeup at "MUD" Makeup Designory in Burbank, California. While attending Long Beach City College for general education, I managed the Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty cosmetic counters, and freelanced for MAC Cosmetics. In 2007, I chose to further my career by attending cosmetology school to become a licensed hairstylist. After passing the California State Board examinations, I worked in salons and barbershops while freelancing across film, television, fashion, print, events, and weddings, eventually transitioning full-time into the production industry as an IATSE Local 798 hairstylist.

 

I love the film and television industry for the diversity and creativity each day brings. Every project represents someone’s vision and passion, and it is incredibly meaningful to contribute to bringing that vision to life. I value collaboration and pride myself on being a positive, reliable presence on every set. As part of a crew, I appreciate the teamwork required to create shows that evokes emotion and connects with audiences around the world.
